• <H4> In most cases your plot will have been identified by one of our surveyors, who work closely with local planning departments identifying potential residential developments within the local authorities ‘Local development plan’.

• <H4> If you are interested in discussing the possibility of selling part or all of your land, we can arrange a free, no obligation consultation at your property. You will then be able to meet your dedicated area surveyor and discuss the options further. We can give you examples of previous developments and illustrations of amounts achieved, as well as a full appraisal of your land.
• <H4> Unlike many firms, we are so confident in our abilities we cover all costs of the planning applications, professional fees and even solicitors costs. You will not pay any arrangement fees, valuation fees, surveyor’s fees, architects fees, local authority fees, or any fees at all – there are no hidden costs.
• <H4> You will also keep ownership of the land whilst the planning permission is gained on your behalf, at which point we will have agreed a contracted price to purchase the land from you, well in excess of previous market value.
